We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. • Payment: all items must be paid for in full time of purchase. all orders are subject to these online purchase terms. Our online business hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time if you do wish to contact us through here you may call and leave a voicemail with a phone number OR email to reach you at. • Shipping: All orders are generally shipped within 3-4 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product listing. All shipping is via priority mail USPS, Crystalized Goddess is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. You may track your product via a tracking number that will be provided to you directly once your item is shipped. Crystalized Goddess does not offer any form of international shipping. 

• We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without any notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without any notice.

• By placing an order with Crystalized Goddess you are agreeing that you are buying companies products for your own use only and not for resale purposes unless discussed otherwise.

Return and refund policy

All sales completed through Crystalized Goddess are final. We do not accept returns, unless otherwise noted in the shipping/ return policy found on the individual product pages. Refunds of products are at the discretion of Crystalized Goddess.
